Code of Conduct

PEARC18 is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race or religion. The conference will not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience, including people of many different backgrounds.

Attendees are subject to the IEEE Code of Conduct (www.ieee.org/about/ieee_code_of_conduct.pdf) and Code of Ethics (www.ieee.org/about/corporate/governance/p7-8.html) Attendees violating these rules may be asked to leave the conference without a refund at the sole discretion of the conference organizers.

If you wish to report a breach of the code of conduct this can be done by contacting anyone on the PEARC18 committee.  All reports will be treated confidentially.

In accordance with https://ieeer8.org/news/new-gdpr-regulation-impacts-for-ieee-conferences/ the PEARC18 executive committee cannot share the PEARC18 attendee list with anyone who is not a member of the committee. We can convey messages to the registrants on behalf of third parties, ensuring that any responses are given with the explicit consent of the individual.
